REACH Mn Consortium

Consortium Agreement:

The REACH Mn consortium became effective from 1 January 2008 with its members having a common interest in fulfilling the requirements laid down by the REACH regulation. The Consortium is open to any eligible entity, whether or not established in the EU, in order to share human and financial resources involved in complying with this regulation and to develop and collate, in a timely and efficient manner, the sets of information required for registration.

Manganese REACH Administration (MARA) Bylaws

March 2009: The consortium's Steering Committee agreed to reduce the minimum fee to Euro 15,000 and to modify the Advantage Compensation fee to 1% per month.
